The Innovative Summit is a Conference that seeks to helps students to positively shapen their way of thinking, providing and preparing them with the right mindset for the world beyond the University walls. Henry Ford once said "Before everything else, getting ready is the secret of success." We understand that before any action or endeavor, thorough preparation is essential. Being prepared involves having access to the right information that will lead one on an easy part. We are a definition of the environment we find ourselves in. If an environment constantly exposes its youths to the possibilities of the outside word, regardless of whatever challenges might come their way, then, they are likely to succeed because we are a product of what we see and hear everyday.

In Nigeria today, over 20,000 students graduate annually, entering an unstable economy marked by high unemployment rates. Despite this challenging landscape, universities continue to produce graduates who often struggle to navigate the realities of the job market. Many are unprepared for the challenges they face, leading to increased rates of depression and the pursuit of illegal activities as a means of survival. This situation shows a huge loss of potential, as these young people ought to be leading and innovating in prominent roles. At Innovative Summit, we recognize the rising need to transform this narrative. We are committed to "rebranding" and "reshaping" the status quo, starting with cultivating the right mindset. We understand that a growth-oriented mindset is fundamental to success and personal fulfillment. Our mission is to empower students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate life's challenges and seize opportunities.

This is the second edition of the summit. The first edition was held in the month of October, 2023. We had in attendance 100+ students who got valuable insights from the line-up of speakers we had, such as: Fabian George (Co-founder, Cuddle Realty and Escort Realty), Cracky Brown (Founder, Cloudde and Stylocity), Philip Babalola ( Founder, Uvest), Oluwatosin Olaseinde (Founder, Money Africa), Adegboyega Oyewusi (Executive Provocateur), Engr. Nurudeen Lawal( MD, Agro Preciso) and Only1Temmy(Defi Educator). In the feedback of the conference we had, we recorded a large number of persons who received transformation by the information received.
